Jhanelle and Brad’s Baltimore engagement session is going to look perfect on their save the dates! I love how they coordinated their outfits to reflect their wedding colors: blush and navy. You wouldn’t know from their images but it was absolutely pouring the day of their session! Right when their session was about to begin the rain let up and we took full advantage. These two have such a great chemistry I could photograph them all day long. In August I will have the chance to and I am so excited!
Their session took place this past winter which meant it was pretty cold outside. When we were taking portraits in front of the museum I found a single flower alive! I am pretty sure I squealed with excitement! Scroll below to see a new favorite ring shot of mine. Shout out to the flower for blooming in the middle of winter!
I loved photographing at the Baltimore Museum of Art! There is a cute little atrium indoors that has such beautiful light and the columns out front are so elegant. In a short amount of time we were able to walk to three different locations in the museum allowing us to take cover from the rain and take advantage of the break. I cannot wait for their wedding this summer! Jhanelle and Brad handled the rainy cold weather like champs so I know a little summer heat isn’t going to be a problem. The best thing about photographs is that when you look back you won’t remember if it was rainy, hot or cold. The only thing you will remember is how much you loved each other!
