Happy Monday everyone! It is hard to believe that it is already Labor day. Didn’t 2016 just begin?! Hurricane Hermine posed a threat to weddings throughout the coast over the weekend. At the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club we were greeted with the most beautiful weather and a spectacular sunset. It’s not the first time I’ve had to prepare for rainy weather, or a hurricane, and so far nature has always come through! (knock on wood) A weekend of rain turned into a weekend of sunshine! When it does rain I am always ready with a rainy day wedding kit.
Sunday I spent the morning sipping coffee and photographing beautiful jewelry designed by Alison of J’Adorn Designs. If you haven’t already make sure you take a look at her work! Every time I see a new piece that she’s designed or hand built I am blown away. Ali pours her heart into her work and creates such romantic pieces. It was so exciting to see her workspace and sketches for future designs. I will have to talk more about this on Wednesday when I share an image or two from her latest set. That is really all I have to say for today. I am feeling really hungry- hangry if you will- and I just want to go eat breakfast so I am typing this for two green lights in the SEO category. I am so close I can taste the delicious blueberry waffles that await me. Counting this as a Monday WIN!
