Do you need to send batch emails to groups of clients or vendors? Did you know that you can send one email to multiple contacts with the batch email feature?! When I changed my email address a few months ago I manually emailed each client and vendor. It took up so much of my time. If you did then yay you! If you didn’t well I’m right there with you! Don’t feel bad if you missed it. Honeybook is always working on updating their software and adding new features for a better user experience.
Check out the video below for a short step by step on how to send batch emails.
If you can’t listen to the video skip below to a written step by step tutorial!
Under the Tools tab click on Batch Emails.
Click on create new batch.
Type up your email or use one of your templates. Don’t forget to include a subject.
If you want to see what your email will look like on your clients end hit send myself a test email. Once you are ready hit next.
Select who you want to receive the email. You can filter your contacts by clients and creatives.
If you have a list of names handy you can simply type in each name in the search bar.
