I am so excited to share that Ashley and Bryant’s Washington D.C. engagement session was featured in print by MunaLuchi Bride! We started their session just after sunrise and boy was it cold. I remember Ashley was worried that you would be able to tell in their photographs. Their session couldn’t have gone better!
There are a few locations that I just love photographing at in D.C. and these are two of them. I find that starting the session at sunrise truly is worth it for a D.C. engagement session. The best part is you avoid the tourist crowds. After that I just love that you avoid traffic entering and leaving the city.
Below you will find the spreads from the magazine below along with a few more from this session. One of my favorite things about their session is how they both stayed true to their personal style while still having fun. If you are looking for engagement session outfit inspiration look no further.
This October Ashley and Bryant will be celebrating their marriage at The Line Hotel in Washington D.C. I cannot wait to share images from their big day! These two have worked so hard to plan a day celebrating with their friends and family. When helping my couples create their photography timeline for their wedding day, one of my goals is to always make sure they have time to enjoy cocktail hour.
Photographs are so important but so is actually experiencing your wedding day and enjoying your guests. I cannot wait for these two to walk into cocktail hour hand in hand as husband and wife! The Line Hotel’s rooftop is going to provide the perfect location. The view is absolutely breath taking! It would also be the perfect location for a D.C. Elopement or intimate ceremony.
